Who are we?

Te Hā Oranga have significant experience working with Māori whānau and we know how to improve their wellbeing through the provision of structured, whānau ora orientated care that emcompasses the logic of Te Pae Mahutonga. Our wide range of existing services enables us to provide comprehensive wrap-around services to whānau and/or our extensive provider networks throughout both Auckland and the Northland enable us to work in partnership with other providers to co-deliver integrated care.

ABOUT

Te Hā Oranga was established in the early 1990s, with the support of the Northern Regional Health Authority, as an iwi endorsed and owned health service provider that operates under the tikanga of Ngāti Whātua . The objective was to set up a kaupapa Māori, iwi endorsed provider that was able to implement Te Rūnanga O Ngāti Whātua hauora obligations. This continues to be our objective today.
